This has significant confidence-boosting and far-reaching guiding significance for Hong Kong's deepening reforms and transition from stability to prosperity, embodying the central government's firm support for the steady and far-reaching implementation of "One Country, Two Systems" in Hong Kong and its prosperity and stability. The Coalition believes that, relying on the unique advantages of " enjoying strong support of the Motherland and being closely connected to the world " under "One Country, Two Systems," Hong Kong will assist the country in enhancing its opening capabilities in high-level opening-up and strengthening its innovation capabilities in accelerating high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-strengthening, which will bring unlimited opportunities to Hong Kong's transition from stability to prosperity.
