Security is a dynamic and evolving process; security at one moment does not mean security forever, and security in the present does not guarantee security in the future. The State Council Information Office released the White Paper titled "Hong Kong: Safeguarding China's National Security on February 10 this year, comprehensively reviewing the practical journey of Hong Kong in safeguarding national security and deeply analyzing the situation and tasks of safeguarding national security in Hong Kong.
