Former Hong Kong leader Leung Chun-ying backed the revamp of the city's electoral system, saying the changes will speed up implementation of government policies. Leung served as Chief Executive from 2012 to 2017. He sat down for a wide-ranging interview with Bloomberg's Stephen Engle.
